Spanish for children
I run fun after-school and lunch-time clubs in schools for children of all levels. It is all done through games, stories and songs to make the learning process meaningful and fun!
Wednesdays 3.05 – 4.00 pm
@ St Aloysius’ Catholic Primary School, Oxford
After school club for children of Spanish speaking parents.
Weekly sessions where children use only Spanish in various creative ways, communicating with their peers and learning about the wonders of the Spanish speaking world. We use a variety of speaking and writing activities to help youngsters express themselves and gain confidence in all areas of the language.
If you would like me to start a Spanish club in your school or community please get in touch!
My daughter has a Spanish mother and an Australian father. She had always preferred speaking Spanish, but this changed when she started school (Year 1). Since she has been attending Virginia’s lessons, Spanish finds its place again and she enjoys very much reading short stories in Spanish.
Little by little she is gaining confidence in reading and writing but the best of all is that she is finding it great fun and she makes progress without noticing the effort. She comes back home excited and she proudly shows me the work they have done in class. Last but not least, Virginia is a delight and my daughter loves her (and so do I!)
